All products are pre-orders. Once pre-orders close all orders will go into production and you will receive an email as soon as your order has shipped!
We want to make sure you love your order and for any reason if you’re not fully satisfied, please click here and fill out our form. All of our pre-order products are made to order and we do not offer exchanges. Pre-order sales cannot be canceled after the pre-sale period has ended and production has begun.
If you received a product that is damaged or has a quality issue please fill out our contact form here. Based on availability we will do our best to provide a replacement or issue a refund.
The charge will appear as ‘J&R Marketing’ on your bank statement. J&R Marketing is our printing and fulfillment company.
We ship both our apparel and coffee to the US and Canada. We may add other locations in the future, so send us a message on social if there’s a certain country you want us to ship to!
