All products are pre-orders. Once pre-orders close all orders will go into production and you will receive an email as soon as your order has shipped!

All of our pre-order products are made to order and we do not offer exchanges. Pre-order sales cannot be canceled after the pre-sale period has ended and production has begun.

If you received a product that is damaged or has a quality issue please fill out our contact form here. Based on availability we will do our best to provide a replacement or issue a refund.

The charge will appear as ‘J&R Marketing’ on your bank statement. J&R Marketing is our printing and fulfillment company.

We ship both our apparel and coffee to the US and Canada. We may add other locations in the future, so send us a message on social if there’s a certain country you want us to ship to!
