In 2021 during the Pandemic, Emily Sanitas Founded Emily’s Blanket Drive to give back to the community and help the homeless stay warm during the winter. Emily started this yearly drive as she believes giving back to the community is a way of life. She performs her acts of generosity to be kind, to be helpful and to be impactful in the community. The goal of the drive is simple. Donate as many blankets as possible. In the short time this drive has been running more than a thousand blankets have been donated to the homeless each year. Now Emily is selling her own Blankets to help this cause, each blanket purchased will be donated to the homeless on behalf of the drive to further spread Emily’s message that giving really is a way of life.
